Sparkling Organic Chardonnay

Our Sparkling Organic Chadonnay "Madeleine Claire" (champagne) is again available:  Duncan has been busy 'disgorging' bottles of our methode champenoise - this means that he removes the seal from bottles that have been upside down on the *riddling machine for some time - until the sedimentary lees settles in the neck of the champagne bottle.  This is all done by hand and is quite an intensive process.  If you are interested in seeing Duncan disgorging your wine - give us a call!  Otherwise, let us know how much we should put aside for you for only $33 per bottle (or discounted at $330 per case).

New Releases

Chardonnay 2008

This dry Chardonnay is the second vintage from our Organic Vineyard. It has a golden colour, with big, rich, complex palate. Another full-bodied beauty with a smoky flint character as well as lots of tropical fruit flavour too.

Verdelho 2008

Dry and full bodied with a complex refined palate, this vintage is similar to the sold-out 2007, but has a cleaner nose and a finish that lingers.  Judges notes: Lovely golden colour, rich and complex, nutty ripe tropical fruit, very good colour.

Brandy, the first certified organic in Australia.
Our brandy is double distilled using a wood-fired pot still, as that made in Cognac in France.  Not a blend as most brandies - it's available now for only $59.00. (alc 40% vol - 350ml)

Pizza Oven News
Duncan has finished building a brick dome pizza oven.  We will let you know when it is fired up. I can smell the freshly cooked hot pizza now with a glass of organic Shiraz in hand.
