Postage and Packaging costs vary across Australia and the world, depending on your regional postcode and country.  ACTUAL postage cost can be found by entering your postcode at the checkout.

We pack in 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 bottle cartons. Please do not order 4,5,7,8,9,10,11, 13 .. bottles as we do not have the correct cartons to fit these.

All items are shipped via AusPost or Get Freighted unless stated, and all prices are subject to change. 

Australian postage prices range from $9.00 to $45, with 12 bottle case order postage, heavily discounted. Payment can be made by credit card or Paypal. 

You can request a signature upon delivery at the checkout by leaving a note; however the default Aust. Post-delivery type is now " leave in a safe place".

Hot Day Deliveries

Australia Post operational protocols determine that wine deliveries may not be made on hot days. We recommend that you advise customers that they may need to pick up wine parcels from their local post offices when unusually hot weather prevails, noting that this is to ensure organic wine is not adversely affected by exposure to extreme temperatures.

We are now able to ship our wine to the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and some Asian countries with express airfreight postage and packaging. Please note these shipping prices do not include any taxes and charges at the destination that may be applicable.

Delivery times vary depending on your locality.  If you are in the Perth metro area, allow 2 business days and interstate from 7-15 business days delivery time. Express and Overnight delivery can be arranged with TNT or DHL at your cost.

United States of America - Is now open for business.  Due to admin costs, a min sale of 6 bottles is recommended.

Frequently asked questions re the USA
Sending wine to the USA is a different process of sending wine to all other countries. Your wine is not sent using DHL, as DHL are not able to send wine to individuals in the USA.
Get Freighted have their own broker and distributors to safely arrange clearance and delivery of your wines into all states in the USA. We can deliver to individuals too.
USA shipments are sent as a consolidated shipment from BTL in Adelaide every Friday.
Your wine will be delivered to your receiver’s door and they will need to sign for the delivery. Please note the person who signs for the wine must be aged 21 years over.
The wine will take between 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered, (customs clearance in the USA is timely). The wine will travel in temperature-controlled vans until it reaches the closest depot to your client's address. This is where the tracking number provided by our USA distributor will be activated. Your wine will then be delivered via UPS, Fedex or the most suitable courier in the area.
We will provide information on documentation that is required; please note shipments must be completed including clear address details, including phone number and email address.

We can send wine through DHL to Canada; they are just not authorized to clear the wine through customs. Under Canadian law, alcohol can only be cleared through customs by a government authorized broker.
However, this is not a problem it’s just a different process. We like to make sure people are aware of the process before they send wine to Canada. The receiver in Canada will just
need to work with the broker in Canada to provide information to clear the wine.
When the wine arrives in Canada DHL’s customer service department will contact your receiver and let them know their wine is in the country and that a broker will be allocated to
clear their wine.
It’s also handy to notify your Canadian receiver of the airway bill number once the shipment has been booked. This way they have the information when they are speaking with DHL
Customer Service.
