Unlock the Richness of Organic Brandy from Harris Organic Wine & Spirits
Our Organic Brandy is crafted in the Perth wine region of Western Australia.
Our organic brandy spirit is still made in a pot, and the organic alcohols are still in a small column. The fabulous ingredients are the best certified organic grapes from our organic vineyard and rainwater from above.
We distil organic grapes to make smooth, special brandy, which you can buy brandy online.
What is Australian brandy made from?
All Australian brandy and French organic cognacs are made from grapes unless they are marked as made from other fruits. At Harris Organic, we use organic grapes to make Pisco and Eau de vie organic brandies. The organic grape wine is twice distilled from wine made especially from organic grapes.
Australian brandy is made from grape wine that has been distilled and then aged in oak barrels. The grapes used to make the wine can come from various wine-growing regions throughout Australia, but they are typically from warmer climates, such as the Swan Valley wine region.
The process of making high-quality brandy begins with the fermentation of grape juice to produce wine. This wine is then distilled to remove the water and increase the alcohol content. The resulting spirit is then aged in oak barrels, which can impart flavours and aromas such as vanilla, caramel, and spice.
To be considered "Australian brandy," the spirit must meet certain legal requirements, including being aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years and meeting specific alcohol and colour requirements.
