Harris Organic Brandy is the only certified organic brandy in Australia.  Organic Brandy (350ml) - Note: Also available in 750ml bottles.
Double-distilled using a wood-fired pot still, this hand-made potstill brandy is evocative of the old Cognac brandies made in France.  This exceptional brandy was distilled in 2009.

Once the preservative-free spirit has been collected, it is placed in small casks in the underground cellar to mature for a minimum of 10 years.   Volume is 350mL, and the alcohol content is 40% and over 10 years old.

This XO organic brandy has complex characters that include caramel, toffee, notes of orange, vanilla, smoky spice and cloves. This best grape brandy has no sulphites or any other chemicals or filtering agents added.  ie no additives, no perfumes, no oils, no sugar, no fat, no acid added in these products, just grapes and rainwater.

We are very proud to be the only certified distillery in Australia making our pot still brandy spirit. Such a dedicated approach to creating our pot still alcohol is rarely seen in the industry and offers you a first-hand experience from vine to bottle.

The XO brandy alcohol percentage contained in these beautiful gift bottles is 40.0 per cent or 40 ABV.  The number of standard drinks is 11, in each bottle of XO brandy spirit.
