Double-distilled using a wood-fired pot still, this hand-made potstill brandy is evocative of the old Cognac brandies made in France.
Once the preservative-free spirit has been collected, it is placed in small casks in the underground cellar to mature for a minimum of 3 years. Volume is 350mL and the alcohol content is 40% and over 10 years old.
This XO organic brandy has complex characters that include caramel, toffee, notes of orange, vanilla, smoky spice and cloves. This best grape brandy has no sulphites or any other chemicals or filtering agents added. ie no additives, NO GLUTEN, no perfumes, no oils, no sugar, no fat, no acid added in these products, just grapes and rainwater.
