This Australian dessert wine two-litre (2L) bulk liqueur port-style wine, has a dark colour with flavours of raisins and red fruits, and has a fine palate and dry finish that is beautifully balanced. This sweet port is great for drinking or filling your cask. This sweet red wine was fortified with a clean brandy spirit. It is one of our sweet wine range. The alcohol by volume is 18.5%, and our sweet liqueur style is also available in 7 x 2 L packs.

White Port winemaking
The skins are drained and immediately pressed, and the juice is returned to an open fermenter under the winery verandah. The fermentation continues at 20-25 degrees Celsius until the winemaker determines it is the correct time to fortify the wine with organic brandy, increasing the alcohol content to 19 per cent. Once the ferment has stopped, the wine is pumped to oak hogsheads for underground cellaring and maturation. After a minimum of five years, the wine is ready for bottling.
Alcohol - 18+% pH 3.9, Residual Sugar - 4+ Baume. Total sulphides SO2, less than 100 ppm.
