Our Australian organic brandy has a smooth brandy palate filled with complex characters that include caramel, toffee, notes of orange, vanilla, smoky spice, and cloves. NB There may be fine harmless sediment in each bottle the brandy is not chill-filtered. VS stands for "Very Special": only eau-de-vie at least two years old can be used to make a VS brandy.
