This organic gin has no sulphites or any other chemicals or filtering agents added. ie no perfumes, gluten-free, no sweetener, added to this organic product. 45% alcohol by volume and comes in 375 mL bottles.
We are very proud to be the first certified organic distillery in Western Australia to make our own organic gin spirit from our estate-grown certified organic Chenin blanc grapes. Such a dedicated approach to creating our own organic alcohol is rarely seen in the industry and offers you a first-hand experience from vine to bottle.
Once the organic gin spirit has been collected it is placed in small kegs ready for the addition of our pure rainwater and bottling.

Harris Organic Gin is handcrafted in small batches, using a traditional copper pot still. The result is a gin that is smooth, well-balanced and bursting with flavour. On the nose, the gin has a delicate floral aroma, with notes of juniper and citrus. On the palate, it has a complex, fruity flavour, with hints of spice and a long, dry finish.
