Always made at our organic winery from our hand-picked organic fruit grown on our Swan Valley duplex soils - Basket pressed and matured in our underground cellar for 20 months before bottling. This is a Rhone style, rich classic Swan Valley organic red Shiraz wine, with a rich colour that is a vibrant dark purple to red.
The aroma has chocolate, with a little vanilla, the palate of pomegranate and berries, chocolate and a soft plate and a smooth finish. Very good to drink now but will continue to improve if desired with further maturation. Cellaring will be well rewarded.
