Meet Madeleine Claire Sparkling
Our Red Pet Nat and White Sparkling, fondly named "Madeleine Claire" after my daughter, embody the essence of organic Shiraz and Chardonnay, respectively. Both wines share identical labels, a testament to our limited production of organic sparkling Shiraz. The organic Chardonnay Sparkling, adorned with a golden foil hood, allows a glimpse of the exquisite white wine within, while the Red Sparkling Shiraz, concealed under a black hood, retains an air of mystery.
