Product Information

A mixed case of three bottles of our white chardonnay and three red shiraz sparkling wines.

Methode Traditional, this high quality wine has a very fine bead or 'bubble'. After a minimum of 48 months of maturation the bottles were hand riddled for seven days, they are then disgorged by hand and immediately crown capped - ready for consumption.  Alcohol is 12.5% . NB: Chill the bottle before serving and note the bottle is under lots of pressure; remove cap carefully with a bottle opener.

A delightful dry white and red  "champagne style" vintage sparkling wine we call Madeleine Claire, after my daughter.

Madeleine Claire

The red and the white sparkling “Madeleine Claire” are made from shiraz and chardonnay respectively.  They have exactly the same labels as I only make a small amount of sparkling shiraz and therefore it would be costly to have a different label.

The chardonnay has a gold foil hood one can see the white wine in the bottle, whereas the shiraz has a black or maroon hood and it is very hard to see through the bottle.
