Australian organic sparkling shiraz (Australian sparkling red wine) which we call Madeleine Claire. The sparkling red wine is made from our organic vineyard Shiraz grapes and is hand-riddled and hand-disgorged in the traditional method. This organic red sparkling shiraz wine has a wonderful ruby colour and a fine bead. The red wine palate has good structure and length. The flavours are long and refreshing with softness and finesse, displaying the characteristics of a traditional method of sparkling red wine. This elegant bottle-aged organic sparkling shiraz is vintage 2016. Hand disgorged and crown sealed for immediate consumption - enjoy chilled. 12% alc/vol.
NB: The bottle is under pressure, remove the cap carefully and quickly with a good bottle opener after chilling.

The organic shiraz sparkling red wine named “Madeleine Claire” is made from organic Shiraz red wine. Only a small amount of bottles of Shiraz sparkling red wine is made every other year.
The organic sparkling Shiraz wine has a black hood and it is very hard to see through the bottle, because of the depth of colour of the sparkling red wine.

This "traditional method" organic sparkling red wine is made from shiraz from our organic vineyard. Each bottle is hand riddled and hand disgorged, The colour has a beautiful ruby colour and a fine bead. This elegant bottle-aged sparkling Shiraz red wine is from the vintage 2016. Crown capped for immediate consumption - enjoy chilled. The shiraz red wine alcohol content is 12.5% alc/vol.
Should sparkling Shiraz be chilled?
Should sparkling Shiraz be chilled? The answer is YES sparkling Shiraz should be chilled unless you are a crazy artist and want to redecorate your kitchen. To do this you take an excellent bottle of organic sparkling Shiraz red wine. Make sure it is at room temperature. In Perth in the summer time that will be about 25 degrees C. Now, open the crown seal and if you get it off quickly there will be a slight pause before the beautiful colourful effect starts. To add to the visual effect, place your thumb over the bottle top so the gas pressure builds so that you get a fine spray. You will not be able to hold the pressure back. Continue to decorate your kitchen walls and ceiling. Call your friends to the kitchen too. You can have a Formula 1 party all at the same time. Enjoy.
If you don't like painting make sure that the bottle is cold at about zero to 3 degrees Celsius or 35 F before opening.
