2018 Vintage Port - Award-Winning Fortified Wine
This exquisite fortified organic vintage port wine, called Vintage Shiraz, boasts delightful notes of plums, cherries, liquorice, and honey. Its vibrant purple hues and velvety smooth palate make it truly exceptional. Enjoy it now or allow it to mature for a maximum of twenty years.
Crafted from fully ripe, dry-grown organic Shiraz grapes harvested on March 19, 2018. The natural fermentation, initiated with indigenous yeasts, progressed at 30°C until reaching 11 Baume'. The sweet red wine was fortified with certified organic neutral brandy after draining, basket pressing, and returning to an open fermenter. It matured underground for 22 months before being bottled with a cork seal. Alcohol content - 18.5%, pH - 3.7, residual sugar approximately 90g/L. This rare port wine is available now.

Winemaker's Note: For optimal taste, return to the cellar for recorking every twenty years. The label will bear the name "Vintage Shiraz" and an alcohol content of 18.5%.
